MDY Legal advised East African Development Bank on a wholesale review of its template lending and security documents, and procurement policy and guidelines

MDY working with Lion’s Head Global Partners, an Investment Bank operating across frontier and emerging markets, recently completed a wholesale review and redrafting of the template lending and security documents and procurement policy and procurement guidelines for the East African Development Bank (EADB).  The work covered all aspects of EADB’s lending activities including their bilateral and syndicated lending arrangements and their trade finance activities to facilitate the production, export and sale of goods and services
