MDY Legal becomes public supporter of LISI’s Funds Impact Term Sheet

We’re proud to be a Public Supporter of the Funds Impact Term Sheet (Funds ITS), LISI’s newest open-source legal initiative focused on embedding impact at the fund level.

While impact capital is growing, legal fund structures often lag behind. The Funds ITS addresses this gap by providing a practical legal framework that helps fund managers and investors align fund design with their impact ambitions, starting at the point where capital allocation decisions are made.

Building on the success of LISI’s award-winning Impact Term Sheet for direct equity investments, the Funds ITS is being developed in co-creation with legal experts and ecosystem stakeholders. It is designed for professionals who want to go beyond intent and anchor impact into the legal foundations of their investment practices.
