We advise on corporate, charity, and public law, with particular expertise in international development, climate finance, procurement, and institutional governance. Our clients include bilateral donors, multilateral organisations, not-for-profits, and innovative financing facilities. From treaty-based structures to blended finance vehicles, we provide legally robust solutions that support impact and sustainability.

Internships and Work Experience

From time to time, MDY Legal runs internship and work experience programmes, working in a specific area of the business and contributing as part of the team. Throughout the placement you will be given feedback to ensure you have meaningful experience that will enhance your employability and skills.
