Harry joined MDY Legal in October 2014, having previously worked in Forensic Audit, Government Value for Money, and various House of Commons Select Committees. Prior to joining MDY Legal, Harry was a Value for Money Team Leader in the National Audit Office (NAO), where he focused on assessing oversight and reporting systems of Government Departments and associated bodies.
At MDY Legal, he works within the team providing the Private Infrastructure Development Group’s Central Management Office (CMO) service, focusing specifically on Results Monitoring, developing the reporting systems and approach of the PIDG, and working with the Evaluations Manager to ensure that the organisation reports on its activities robustly and accurately. Harry has also developed the Quarterly Reporting and Business Planning processes so as to combine the different strands into a comprehensive approach, and works with the Communications team to produce the Annual Report. His experience of analysing Government Departments for both the NAO and the House of Commons also comes in useful in identifying the information needs for PIDG’s Donor Members.
